We will say better late than never on me getting around to blogging this April 2016 wedding. I can’t believe I waited so long because the rustic & elegant accents made this wedding one of my all time favorites!
Can we please talk about the amazing colors in this wedding?! Laura & Jay were a breath of fresh air—their love of Christ and then in turn love for each other is so evident in the way they interact, and speak about one another. Laura is also by far the best email sender ever–like if I ever need a laugh I will just email her because she is sure to deliver. Laura & her mother opted for our full wedding planning service. This was a great fit for them because they needed boots on the ground–Laura & Jay now reside in Atlanta and her mother works out of town so they needed us making sure everything was taken care of while they weren’t able to be in Birmingham. With our full wedding planning service, we were able to help Laura & her mom stay on track with her planning tasks, create a design plan, manage their budget and payments, recommend and book vendors, assist in hotel accommodations and transportation as we had lots of out of towners to welcome to Birmingham, work together on stationery design and paper details, menu tastings, site visits, managed travel schedules, RSVP management and invitation delivery, and of course confirm all the details to be sure the day came together swimmingly! I must say these flowers are some of my favorites–all heart eye emojis here!
Jay is a MS State grad so the cowbell exit was a must–and this bama fan did so happily! Laura and Jay, being your wedding planner & friend was a true joy and I love seeing the new life you are building as husband and wife!
