Every year I take on a select number of full-service wedding planning clients. This is perfect for the client who is a busy professional and simply doesn’t have time to devote to all the needs wedding planning requires. With full wedding planning, we are there every step of the way from initial design, venue and vendor selection all the way to complete wedding day execution.
Today’s the day we get to share the full look of Danielle and Toby’s final reception design! For part one of Danielle & Toby’s wedding design recap, click here.
Guests were welcomed with this show-stopping refreshment wall to get and seating chart to get the party going!
For seating, Danielle had a pretty clear idea of how she wanted to use the space but we wanted to make each space feel like they went together but also their own special moment so as guests moved throughout the space they had a new experience each. For example, we placed the dinner tents where the most space was required for tables and seating. My favorite part of the final look was the gazebo. I was worried it would feel too tight for them but it just worked out perfectly. The tall arrangements were a real show stopper as guests walked from the cocktail tent to the dinner tents. Danielle’s reaction when she saw it made my heart melt.
Initially, we planned the lounge around the pond so as guests were dancing they could take a quick break. Our weather plan changed that but it all still worked!
Truly guests loved the cocktail tent the most! The lounge furniture was such a big hit and they adored the sip & be seated wall. The dance floor was a pretty popular spot once the band got going!
