I am so excited to share this one with all of you. Kayla and I met through a mutual sorority sister of ours who was Kayla’s maid of honor. Karley connected Kayla & I and we hit it off right away. I knew planning for her would be so fun because I knew most of the girls, her and Morgan were so sweet, and after Kayla telling me her vision I knew it was going to be a beautiful day. Kayla was one of my most organized brides which brings pure joy to this wedding planner’s heart. With her living out of state, she really utilized the online management system we give our clients access to which made me feel in the loop the entire time. Since Kayla was very organized and had many of the tasks of wedding planning covered, we decided wedding day management was the best service for them.So we were able to make some vendor referrals, tracked her progress online, and then we stepped in at the time for her site visit, logistics meeting, finalizing all the details of the day and then of course running the day itself. It was a ball to get to spend the day with my friends and sisters, but really serve this special friend and be able to give her peace of mind on her wedding day that everything would run smoothly–which it did!

Kayla did such a great job with her amazing details. We incorporated her P & wreath throughout the design of the event. I loved her shoes–wedges are a great choice because they are more comfortable, her fur was to DIE for, & the bible was her grandmothers. I love when our brides incorporate special family heirlooms into their day as they start their own new family.

Bride & Groom & Wedding Party

First of all the details of Kayla’s dress are beyond amazing! All the lace and buttons–insert emoji heart eyes here please! My favorites are the ones of her & the girls in their fur wraps. There is something so classic & elegant about a bride in a fur. We were so lucky with the amazing weather & Linn Park was still full of leaves and color in December. Can we also talk about this sweet flower girl?! She was precious & ready to tackle her flower girl duties!

Ceremony & Reception

No shortage of fun happened here that is for sure. We boogied on the dance floor all night. What I loved most was the love you could see between Kayla & Morgan. They were just so so happy which brought me great joy not only as their wedding planner but friend. We brought their P & wreath motif to life as a feature wall with hanging glass orbs with candles. By far one of my favorite design elements ever. Saovie Catering killed it with the yummy food everywhere–those candied bacon deviled eggs are from Heaven itself. And of course my friends at GoPro Events were sure to get in on the fun!

Thank you to our amazing vendor partners for making the day a success and all the beauty you brought to it!
